These terms apply to the GranthKatha website, Android app, reader features, writer dashboard, admin workflows, subscriptions, and related services.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, writer, admin, brand, or organization.
- Admins may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that misuse the platform or violate these terms.
Reader Rules
- Readers may browse, save, react, comment, continue reading, follow writers, report content, and use available subscription features.
- Do not harass writers or readers, spam comments, manipulate rankings, abuse reports, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Reports should be submitted honestly for concerns such as abuse, harmful content, plagiarism, copyright issues, or policy violations.
Writer Rules
- Writers are responsible for submitting original work or content they have the right to publish.
- Do not upload plagiarized, unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, threatening, or privacy-violating content.
- Writers should use correct titles, summaries, genres, tags, cover images, and declarations when submitting content.
- Submitted work may be reviewed, approved, rejected, published, unpublished, or taken down by admins.
Content Ownership and License
- Writers keep ownership of their original work.
- By submitting content, writers allow GranthKatha to host, store, display, promote, format, and distribute that content through the website, Android app, APIs, and platform features.
- Users must not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or misuse another writer’s work without permission.
Moderation
- Admins may review content, reports, comments, accounts, images, writer profiles, and reader activity when needed for safety or compliance.
- Content may be rejected, hidden, removed, or taken down if it violates platform rules or creates legal, safety, or quality concerns.
- Moderation decisions may consider reports, originality, account history, public safety, and platform integrity.
Subscriptions, Offers, and Payments
- Plans, offers, prices, features, and access rules may change from time to time.
- Payment completion, failure, refunds, and provider errors may depend on the configured payment gateway and refund policy.
- Users should review plan details before selecting or purchasing a subscription.
Service Availability
- We work to keep the website and app available, but interruptions may happen due to maintenance, bugs, hosting issues, payment providers, third-party services, or security events.
- Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the platform improves.
